I would really like to retrofit the vent wings to my 88 Caravelle, as it has only stationary windows. I cant see that the Golf 1 or Rabbit windows would fit, as they have a more slanted look. Can anybody tell me if the procedure of fitting these windows is easy, maybe a bolt-on? I have looked i my doors, it seems as if all the mounts are there. I really love these windows, I think they were great beck when I drove my Sqback, and I really miss them on my Syncro. They are the cheapest air conditioning money can buy, and there are less problems with them, too.
