Subject: 85 Single Cab worth??

I found an 85 single cab, I am not sure if it is still for sale. I talked to the fella about it last fall, when it was for sale. I didn't have the money, and I thought that it would be gone now. I was up his way, and stopped in to finally see it and it was still there. He wasn't home but I took a quick look and it seems to be in really good shape. Not even rust in the bed. The odo said 86,000 km, but it lacks the extra digit (could be 186,000). I don't know how much he wants, or even if it is for sale still, but I would like to know what they are worth (I live in Canada) before I go to talk to him.

Thanks ahead,
