Whoa!! Are you saying that if I'm on the outbound leg of a cross country trip, have NO drugs, NO guns, but $2000 cash, and get stopped in Illinois - for whatever reason - I am at risk of losing the cash? Why? What am I missing here. Do the good puplic servants at the IL State Police think all Vanagon drivers are on their way to Phish concerts? Have Vanagon drivers all been labeled drug addicts and /or gun runners?
