Thanks everyone for your input on the tag question.  Despite a few
warnings, I'm going to make the run tomorrow and hope for the best.  It is,
indeed, a strange day when our inner-cities are war zones, kids shoot other
kids at schools, and to be Black can still mean getting dragged through
streets by chains...yet, still, bad/no tags are illegal.  Strange place...
