When stripping down well-worn VW campers for parts, I have several times recovered bowls, small bags of weed, or seeds that had long ago fallen behind cabinets, etc. Unfortunately, nothing good :-)

p.s. Matthew is absolutely right that this law threatens completely law abiding people by circumventing the constitution, and is of particular concern to those of us driving vehicles that the police tend to view as "hippy vans."
