I sell the new Carver P4 through my website at http://members.aol.com/tentinfo

The Carver P4 is very similar to the Propex. They use many of the same components, which are mostly made by a Japanese company called Mikuni. Carver puts these components into a unit designed for use in small trailers or camping vans.

From what I understand, Carver now has the contract with Mikuni to build and sell these units in a configuration that meets European standards for safety. I would need to compare the specs on the Propex and the Carver P4, but I think the P4 has some added safety features.

The retail price on the P4 is just over $800.00 This is before shipping and import. I have the P4 heaters in stock, and offer these to list members at $675.00 plus UPS shipping from St. Louis Missouri. This price includes the installation kit with everything you need to install it with the exception of the gas line and the propane tank.

I have just received some new brochures with more information and new pictures of the P4. I'll scan this and get it up in a day or two.

Stay tuned.
