Hi All, I'm going to look at an 86 syncro GL ""Conversion/camper, Classic" tomorrow and have a few questions for the list. Anyone know what a "Conversion/camper, Classic" means?? The vehicle is "one-oner, well-maintained, mechanically perfect---new tires, clutch, brakes, head gasket---queen and double beds" with 74K miles. They are asking $10,500. Does that sound reasonable? Is it more expernsive to have syncro's worked on (I am NOT a car mechanic!)? What's the difference between Syncro and four-wheel drive? All replies will be very much appreciated, especially since I'll be taking a look tomorrow. Thanks to all, Dale dgoodvin@nwrain.com |
