Dear Steve,
These are replacement nuts for the front axles that Lobro supplies with their CV joint kit. In short, Bentley says you MUST replace the nut each time you install new CVs. And the nut Lobro supplies is "wimpy" compared to factory original. VW wants $8.00 each for the exact same nut that I just ordered from Mr. Metric!!! Unfortunately, Mr. Metric only sells them in boxes of 50 -- hence the group purchase.
Interested? The more people who participate, the fewer the number of nuts PER PERSON. Most people want from 4 to 6 (2 are needed for both front wheels), but they have been willing to take up to 10 as these are so hard to find.
Note: I'm not making a dime on this.
Cheers, MJS

At ten nuts per person the cost is $22.50 plus $2.50 shipping for a total of $25.00. If we get one additional person, then the cost would be eight at $2.25 = $18.00 plus $2.50 shipping for a total of $20.50. If we get two additional people, then the cost would be seven at $2.25 = $15.75 plus $2.50 shipping for a total of $18.25. Three additional people will drop the total price to $16.00 -- you get the idea. >> >> I will wait until Friday at 5pm before closing the offer to additional list members -- NO exceptions!!!!
