Ignore my recent post looking for a auxiliary heater. I put an advert in a local free ads paper and it came up trumps. Firstly, I found a marine Propex 1600 for 95 UKP (about $150) then the next day I was offered a petrol Eberspacher (taken from a UK motorhome about 6-7 years ago. The price? 10UKP ($16!!!!). These cost over 1200 UKP to buy new! Needless to say, I bought both, one for the VW (Propex) and one for my 4x4 Ford Transit panel van. Does anyone know what differences the marine Propex 1600 has over the regular version (they are more expensive to buy!)?
