Hi all fellow listees! First of all, let me introduce myself. My name's Torje Evensen, I'm 16 years old and live in the city Trondheim in Norway. I'm currently in the process of aquiring myself a VW bus, and, since I ain't old enough to drive it yet, I will be doing a lot of modifications to it, add "cool stuff" etc. The bus I'm looking at at the time is a two-seater with nothing but tons of empty space in the back. So I've been playing with the idea of building my own "camping" interior in it. Since I know next to nothing about VW buses, I have some questions for ya: 1) Could someone please explain to me (a top-down view drawing would be nice :) exactly WHERE in the bus all the stuff is located (as installed from the factory), i.e. where is the fridge, the "stove", the bed(s?) etc. located? As I said, I know next to nothing about these buses so please explain in detail. 2) Any suggestions as to the general layout of the "camping" interior I will build, especially the placement of these things? -BIG BED :) -aux. battery -refridgerator -stove(?) -some sort of working desk Thanks to all of you - I've just recently joined the vanagon list but it has already given me some basic understanding of vanagons, their technical issues and more! -Torje Evensen
