Greetings. I seemed to have found most of the problem related to my hwy hesitation and excess fuel. Checked the ground strap at the tranny. A very pretty verdigris. I took it off and dropped in a jewelry and silverware cleaning solution. Voila! A beautiful copper bracelet. I was most impressed with the results, however, my significant other was less impressed. This resulted immediately in a smoother running engine, almost to where it was before all this stuff happened. Thanks to all for your suggestions. Now hopefully just a few tweaks. -- R.Feuerriegel 88 syncro
