Assuming all springs are created equal at the Hannover plan - your wish is very possible. I was told to measure the spring as it sits in the Vanagon at rest and on the level. I send them the spring and they compress it to that state. At that point they know how much more force is required to lift or lower the car and they can use larger or thinner wire to make the rate higher or lower. With the data obtained from one spring they could make what ever you want!
