Subject: Year 2000 Vanagon PA inspection

HI All, Late last night I thought I better run up to the local gas station and get a new inspection on my Vanagon. The inspection runs out in January, and its a pain working out doors then, so I figured I would do it now. Has anyone seen a year 2000 inpection sticker of any kind yet? "oo" It looks like someone screwed up! I wonder if the planet will make it? I'm sure my Vanagons will! Mine passed, the only complain from the mechanic was the crack in the windshield. He made me pull all the wheels. He picked at the exhaust. Pulled hard on the brake hoses. HE was tough. I told him if he does any damage he will pay. He walked away and wrote up the sticker, pissed that he wasn't making any money on me!
