Hello Listees, I have just picked up my new 2.1L It has been two weeks since I ordered it from the dealer, North Point Volkswagen. It came in a sealed blue box. The engine has one used head and one new head. It also came with all the seals and gaskets to reassemble the accessories. The motor also has a new flywheel, and bosche spark plugs. I also ordered a water pump and clutch set from North Point. The clutch set was 179.00 plus tax, the kit includes clutch disc, pressure plate and release bearing.

I can't wait to get the motor in the van. I reviewed the procedure in the Bentley manual, it appears to be an easy removal.

Ya'll take care hear!! Colin Moran '86 Syncro GL Beebe AR
