John:  I haven't had any luck. I m' not sure if the circuit breaker is
working. There isn't any distinct clicking noise. Right now I have my
back seat out. A friend, I hope when it comes to the bill, is helping me
trace a leak in the water system.

Do you have any suggestions regarding the circuit breaker? Does the
little red tab wiggle quite loosely or should there be some resistance?
