Sorry to hear about your trying experience.


Be that as it may,  I'm sure that you will discover by the resulting length
of this thread that Ron has a great number of friends on this listserver,
most of whom have had satisfactory experiences with the Bus Depot.


As indicated by his response to your post, Ron does his very best to keep
all his customers satisfied, and I think it would be safe to say that he
relies on the members of this list for a great deal of his business.


I am confident that I speak for many others here when I humbly suggest that
you to accept his sincere apology and give him a break!
