Dear Listmembers,

How difficult (and costly) is it to install a cruise control unit on a Vanagon? I have an 84 GL, manual transmission. Does anyone have a used system they'd be willing to sell?

I'm thinking I need the sensor (plugs into the speedo?), electronic controller, vacuum pump, vacuum servo, throttle linkage, hoses, a couple of switches for the pedals, and the switches on the steering column.

Thanks,

John Hung 84 GL Auburn, AL
