very true. unfortunately, the Z-beam isn't available any more. :( my old ones lasted only 20 years, and i figured i needed some replacement. i got the Hella Vision Plus and they have the same really neat horizontal cutoff, and i think they're actually a little better lighting than the Cibie. not as neat on the cutoff, but better fill to the sides. well worth the money. :)

uhhhh .... that's illegal. can't do that. shooting possums at night is illegal. nobody would want to do that. ;)
