Hey all,

After much deep thought, and the advice of my mechanic, friends, and others, I realized that new heads were needed as the old were just too pitted and had been rebuilt once already (can't machine away what's not there).

Ron et al at the Bus Depot once again proved their worth by providing me with new heads on a rush order. I'm now the proud (and broke) owner of two very nice new heads.

I also want to thank Boston Bob for his valuable writings and expedience in providing me with his "modified" engine gasket kit. It has everything you need including exhaust gaskets and thermostat and waterpump gaskets.

Looks like Sunday's gonna be my funday
