OK just offering my '91 Carat Vanagon for sale again. I have been driving it daily and really enjoying it and my wife keeps getting this sad look in her eye when I talk about selling it, but I have too many Vanagons so this beauty has to go. Stats: 150k miles on original engine and heads. I am the second owner and have all dealer receipts for work done (basically changed oil, tires, and other normal wear items). Runs excellent. I have driven this van up and down the East Coast with no problems at all. In the last 10k miles I have added no coolant to the system (no leaks at all). Burgandy exterior (paint still nice and shiny with a few minor blemishes) Grey velour interior (nice shape) Automatic transmission (shifts smooth) Cruise control (works excellent) Power everything (windows, door locks, and mirrors) AM/FM Cassette (factory Heidelberg works great) 2 Rear facing theater style seats, table, light over table, rear seat turns into bed. A/C runs whole length of van (inop at the moment but I will fix before selling) Stock Alloy wheels (tires have 30k miles tread left on them).

A really nice van that I really hate to part with. I am asking $6500 firm. If nobody buys it I'll just keep driving her, but then what am I going to do when I get my Scirocco conversion done? Anybody want to buy an blue '85 Vanagon with weekender interior that is 1.8l in-line 4 cylinder Scirocco powered? Ken Wilford Van-Again John 3:16
