Noise level in low gears seemed just a little above the wasserboxer...but only if you gunned it. The set up felt very smoothe but again i never got out of second gear. The general feel of the drive line, etc. was strong and good...everything worked fine and "felt" good.

I wish i had had the chance to take it out on the freeway...i want to know how the in-line performs at cruising speeds compared to the wasserboxer. I've always liked the wasserboxer...it is very much like the old BMW opposed twins that i used to own...a great motor for cruising. Of course, BMW went to in-line motors (they still offer the opposed twin, too) for their sport bikes. Still, there is something about the feel of those opposed twins/fours that i personally really like. I bet Kyle will now let me take it on the freeway! steve
