With the colder weather, it seems my alternator bearings are getting
noisy upon cold start...at least I think that's where the noise is
coming from.  Is this typical, or should I be adjusting the belt
tension?  It's not belt squealing; I'm sure of that.


Or should I start looking around for good deals on an alternator.
:-P  The "Darrellometer" tells me I'm still getting 13.6V or so on
the battery.
