As you enter NH on I-95 South, there is a sign that explains their seat belt law: If you are under 18 years of age, you must be buckled up. Over 18 years old- you make your choice. I think this is the best mandatory seat belt law I have heard of! I know a seat belt may save my life, but let me have the choice! Don't even get me started on the motorcycle helmet laws here in MD... Just my rant.... TomC |
