There was a nice high roof conversion for sale at BBTA. I don't know if it was sold or not, but I think it was posted to the Vanagon list, so check the archives.

You would be better off finding a high roof conversion, than trying to convert your van. Only source I know of for the high roof is from Germany. Prices start at around $800 for a simple model, and go as high as $2k if you include the inner insulated shell and the upper bed.

Not included in the price is crating, shipping and import. So add at least another $1k to the price.
