I need a help on how to access to the night illuminating light bulb(s) in the temperature/vent lever control panel (the one with four sliding levers) in my 88 Weekender?? I'm afraid to break the panel assembly myself.

Million thanks to those helped me with interior speedo/tacho interior window cleaning and night instrument illuminating light bulb color ideas... I painted the instrument light bulbs red. They looks sooo cooooool and blends well with my Vanagon's maroon exterior color...
