hey now!

relax man - you've done a great service to a (generally) great group of
people.  people will make more noise when they're peeved, esp. if they
haven't paid theire dues to the german war machine :-).  perfect service is
an oxymoron.

your business is a major reason why I will never be westyless again!  let's
keep'em running, and try to ignore the ignorant!!!
