Ron,

I'm sorry if I got you upset. I wasn't intending to sound as harsh as my
post may have come across. I wrote it in the morning, and I was still in a
jet-lagged/travel fatigued fog. And I'm sure my post was just the last
straw.  I wasn't expecting yet another apology, or any response at all. I
just hoped that the feedback would be noted.

YOu did, however, invite comments on the performance of your staff, and
that's what I was trying to do. I want to give you business, but I have not
been able to. And that has happened over and over. And obvioulsy I'm not
alone out there.

I realize balancing a full time business and family is impossibly hard, but
with as much sympathy as I feel for you as a long time listee, and family
man, at the same time I'm a potiential customer, and I need parts. If I
dont' tell you about my experience, how will you know about it to improve
your service?

Please don't take my comments as a personal attack, even though in
rereading my post I can see how it could be construed that way. But, again,
by participating in this forum you're going to invite gripes when things go
wrong.  And you're going to hear about them from the very same people who
are your Vanagon "brothers".  I doubt that the complaints about GEX and Bus
Boys gets back to them, so they are insulated from the flames.

I hope you get things running smoothly, and this venture continues to be a
success.  One day I'd like to buy something from you!  ;)

I will resubmit my request for price quotes through the Website.
