My simple statement (which was not a demand) was expressed out of concern that
you are unwittingly turning the list into a commercial complaint line.  You are
wasting bandwidth and clogging mailboxes with a what is nothing more than a
commercial dispute.  Is this really the appropriate forum to resolve customer
complaints.  Are you really proposing that all problems with bus depot orders now
be e-mailed directly to the list for full and public resolution?   What fun!  I
can't wait.  A simple comment or report is one thing, but briefs have been filed
in this dispute...and they keep coming.  Imagine if  just five more people did
this...what a mess.  sorry if my choice of words was not the best, but i tried to
make it clear it was just my personal opinion i was expressing... can we end this
now.
