Here's a suggestion.... Rotate your tires and see if that tire still gets worst.... My bet... it's the tire... tires come apart inside (very common)... they can make some weird noises at different speeds, jump around at different speeds..... even wobble the whole machine... sometimes they get people, looking all over the place for, bad CV's, wheel bearings, alignment, brake drums/rotors.... and all along it's just another bad tire....if anyone thinks they might have this problem... here's the easy test....jack it up and spin the tire... watching very closely for ANY side to side or up & down movement in the tire's outside shape...the better tire companies will give you a refund or credit towards a replacement (and they do this a lot)...
