Not sure that I can speak to all of your questions, but: > There is a peephole in the lower left corner of the fridge interior. Is > the fridge pilot light plainly visible through this hole when lit? Should > I be able to see the flame through this hole in the daytime? I can't see mine in daylight, also the fridge is full of 'stuff' so I couldn't see it anyway). At night (all interior lights off) I can hear and see the flame light as I look under the fridge. To make sure, I go around outside and listen at the flue vent and sniff for fumes. > I'd be happy if I could get the fridge running on propane. Any tips, > pointers, or other help would be appreciated. Many people have taken the fridge out and opened the burner chamber to clean it (and clean ALL of the back of the fridge) out. I am one of those, and my burner chamber had a lot of crud in it. There are good directions in the archives. I found that taking the stove, sink top off helped a lot in removing the fridge. Hope this helps. Malcolm S |
