Yes, that is the correct light. It should be on if the fridge propane flame
is lit AND if the three way switch is on 12v battery. Mine does not come on
in 120v mode.

Try running it on 110v for about an hour to warm up the air intake and
exhaust tubes. Then switch to propane mode and see if it will light.
Also what altitude are you at?
When was the last time the fridge was taken out and the burn chamber and
air vent tubes cleaned?
Have you ever had the fridge lit on propane?
