I have used ATF to clean out tainted pneumatic and hydraulic systems in industrial settings to clean out sticking valves. A friend of mine says he has put it in his F**d truck to clean it out. He says it works. ATF is a cleaner but, I myself, would not use it. I use Chevron Techron in all my vehicles. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Bill '85 GL [*Magic*Bus*] '82 Westy [FreeBird] ...cause I'm as free as a bird now...
