I build a few of these early redux box setups each month and
have wondered myself about this.  During discussions with
some professional machinist friends I think that it can be
done and the only two items required is a donor and money.
Anyone care to be the pig in this experiment?   And you guys
thought a Syncro trans rebuild was expensive!
