Gosh, that sounds like too much to me. I'd par down those standard sizes by far. Although I'm not the list expert by far...and I don't have a Westy, so I don't know about the interior stuff. I would add on a longer 3/8 extension though, at least 12". Also, keep several different 13mm sizes. Couple of sockets, long and short. Flat and offset 13mm wrenches come in handy. Get the 3/8" drive to 6, 7, 8mm allen hex too. I would have a few sizes of hose clamps and of course the infamous 'duck tape'. Oh yeah... And don't forget to leave space for the jack stands, floor jack, ramps, engine & transmission dolly, not to mention the air compressor, as well as an assortment of extra Vangon hoses and belts, fluids and head gaskets!
