I decided to coat the intake stems. The exhaust, including the cat, But not the muffler. I am going to use an insulating wrap instead. If it fails I can replace the muffler and replace the wrap and not waste the coating. I also decided to coat the main, rod bearings and the lifters. The coating is mainly to prolong life and protect if oil starvation occurs NOT to reduce friction or to gain HPWith all the work to improve the engine. 200,000 to 300,000 miles can possibly be reached if driven properly. All engine parts that wear out have been protected against wear. Now I would only have to replace the head gasket (if it would ever wears out).
