   Simple. Two 12 Volt Batteries. Other  than that you need
some nifty electronic stuff. This can get expensive. You may also
want to consider replacing 24 volt components in the device,
(I assume it's a heater) with 12 volt components. One last
option: rewind the motors etc. sometimes its a simple mater
of changing some commections.
