Does anyone know if >you have to use a South Afriain Caravelle >flywheel or can the turbo >flywheel be used? Also does the South >Africian bellhousing allow for a TDC >sensor? The South African flywheel does not include an item for TDC. It looks like the flywheel of an 'KZ' engine, but modified to meet the dimensions of the clutch assembly. If you are able to modify the clutch surface of the flywheel, you may continue to use the original Audi and its TDC sensor. Helmut '80 Vanagaudi |
