>Honda tried the MC >engine-into-car idea once: the 600. Remember those little buzz-bombs? They had a LIVE axle with a chain drive, that had to be oiled all the time, they rusted out in about 30 days in Canada..... another neat car along that line...The Fiat 250.... I don't think many made it into the US, They were later changed to 600cc and called a Simca? in N.A. I think....but the 250cc were a real hit in Europe... I have a guy who lives over near me... has a car show on his lawn (big farm yard) every summer..He has about 8 of those German Messersmits (I know it's spelled wrong) 3 wheel cars you see in circus acts... when he has his show, other people around here drag out their, Austin Mini's , Fiat 250's and every car a midget ever dreamed of owning.. I always enjoy going over to see & hear them ciao Rob Disclaimer: This message cost nothing to make, no proof readers, editors or English majors were employed or consulted ...... Remember... you get what you pay for.... and the people who complain the most, always paid the least..... the complaint dept. is down the hall.... Dumb looks are free...(we have a wide assortment to choose from) answers are $1.00... correct answers $2.00.... Smirks, smiles and winks, returned in kind. |
