Thanks to everyone for the responses to this question and an earlier one about coolant/int. lighting. They were very helpful.

When I wrote "jug" I was referring to the gallon size bottle the washer fluid came in. I set it under the van with a funnel to catch the dripping fluid. The leak eventually stopped and there's plenty of fluid left in the tank so I guess I'll just live with the leak instead of fixing it for now.

On the topic of Coolant I ended up using Havoline extended life Phosphate/Silcate free 5yr/150,000 mile antifreeze. Supposedly GM using it in their new cars now or so I'm told-$6.97 a gallon at Parts America.
