------------------- Hi Terry, Your wife is very thorough and observant. Item 1 Check to be certain your digijet has proper ground on the lower mounting screw. ( if in doubt add a wire to the left head from the bottom mounting screw) item 2 there was some air in the coolant system and she felt the surge of heat as the coolant displaced the air. Keep a close watch on the coolant level. While running check for bubbles at the left tank , maybe pressure test the coolant system see if it can keep the pressure up over night. item 3 white smoke is coolant, blue is oil and black is fuel. Maybe you are overfilled on oil and it was blue smoke looking like white in the rear view mirrors. Keep the oil level just above the lower mark on the dip stick be sure dip stick tube is fully seated). My 86 has left huge clouds when oil was over filled a quart. Darrell
