Victor - You're rubbing salt into old wounds!!! Indeed, I do hold the patent on the first catalytic converter to be successfully operational when inserted into ruminant rectums, BUT I did lose that USDA grant because I just could not adapt it for use in the opposite orifice! It's difficult to get a ruminant to tolerate a small catalytic converter in there oral cavity!!! Jeez, it was one clean running machine, though. Virtually complete conversion from methane to CO2 & H2O, at 106 degrees! I'm still involved in lobbying the New Zealand government for some more grant monies, though!
