---------------- Hi Jess, I feel you are right on with the recommendation of a rear anti sway bar. After proper tires and shocks a rear anti sway bar will go a long way toward taking the sway out of a vw bus / van or most any car with a loose rear end. I bought one from jc whitney for my 78 and 86 westys and plan to get one for my new 87 van. Your suspension looses some flexibility but unless you travel very rough roads or do off roading you will love a rear anti sway bar. The ride is not changed and you will find your van will take curves and corners like austin or tr3, well maybe not quite.
