I'm afraid you must have missed the earlier posts.
What I presently have in my possesion (not yet installed) are the cross-drilled <bold><underline>FRONT</underline></bold> OEM disks from MSDS. They use the stock calipers. Also included in this kit are their highest-quality brake pads (front and rear) and stainless-steel, braided brake lines (front and rear). As I said, this setup looks quite nice to me.
What I'm "looking into" is 4-wheel ventilated discs.
I haven't yet decided to go (or not to go) with the MSDS setup -- even though it's staring at me in the garage, just begging to be installed! Before I decide, I'm waiting on more information from German sources. What I've heard is that 4-wheel ventilated discs are outrageously expensive -- I'll cross that bridge when I get to it.
