I got some Clim Air door/window deflectors a wile back, and lost one as if fell
out of the window. A call to MacNeil acknoledged that they were recieving a number
of calls about the window/door deflectors falling out and were working with Clim
Air twoards a resolution. The Macneil rep was really nice and even called a month
later to say that they were still following up on it..

But it has been quiet ever since..

Has anyone had the same problem with the deflectors and gotten any resolution from
MacNeil or CLim Air?
