Hi Helmut et al,

The rear disc brakes on an Audi 5000T may be worth checking out. Same bolt pattern, and from experience I can tell you that they will work inside a 14" vanagon rim. I have used mmy spare vanagon M+S snow tires on the rear of the Audi for 2 winters, keeps the back from sliding out on snow nicely. They would be an ideal place for a kit to be developed from. The parking brake works via the main piston/caliper so wheel hub mods should be minimal, I suspect. An adapter to provide a flat hub surface to draw the disc/wheel against is needed which would likely be made to accept the two bolts from the caliper as well. Time for some measuring and drawing.

bye, Tim
