Alternately, you can add some more foam pads on top of the rear seat/bed so
that it becomes level with the newly raised engine deck (which can still use
the original foam cushion).  This gives a softer bed at the expense of
additional foam to carry around.  (i.e., more stuffing means more stuff.)
