You're about the third person that's asked me that and I'm afraid I don't know. He was just the guy in front of me on the caravan.

I'll post this to the list, so maybe if they're on the list, they can come forward.

It actually looks like a Thule rack with the bike attachments just slid to the extremes of either side.
