I looked at the picture of the bike rack. I'm pretty sure it is a Yakima
rack. It looks like the attachment points are made with tall rain gutter
mounts. Then 2 standard bars and the bike attachment that includes the
trough for the rear tire. This set up is available at many back packing
type stores. REI sells it too and they have a web site (www.rei.com) that
you can order from. Also Yakima (www.yakima.com) has a site too.
