I seriously doubt you could keep a harley engine cool in a vanagon application. Keep in mind that on the bike they probably operate at about 10% power at cruise. I don't think they'd be happy at 50%+ Plus, harley engines are not known to be particularly long lived, and there are serious problems with torsional vibration when crank shafts get too long (as in cascading). Not only that, but I doubt a harley crank would last very long at 4 times the normal torsional loading if you were to cascade them.
