Luke,


Remove the two Phillips head screws; turn the mirror over, and tighten
the nut against the spring.  Eye-ball it, 'cause there's no spec other
than a "feel."  Refit the gasket.  Tighten the two screws.  Adjust the
mirror.


If the mirror is shot, which I don't believe it is, busdepot.com has
them, at a Listee's price.
